  • Original Condition: The music device must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your refund.
  • Return Window: You must request a return within 3 days of the original purchase date.

 

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at srilogishyd@gmail.com or call 9885647711 to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Shipping the Item: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
     

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, items missing parts, etc.).
     

5. Exchanges

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame:

  2. Contact Your Bank: Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Original Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
